Retreats ask for food that is both supportive and memorable. Alicia’s approach to retreat cooking is intuitive, seasonal, and grounded in care. Each menu is designed to nourish the body, complement the intention of the retreat, and create a sense of ease for both hosts and guests.

We were elated when we learned more about her story of why she became a chef and her unique lens as a yoga guide.
